An infernal alliance between two techno demons, Vrilski is a project that defies comparison. Because it wants for nothing in efficiency and elegance. Because it brings together Vril, the author of some of the decade’s most beautiful tracks (released on Giegling, a label he recently left, and Delsin), and Voiski, one of a new generation of French techno pioneers who will stop at nothing in his search for fresh production techniques. Because we still remember that night at the Rex, when the two of them set their machines up on the dancefloor and then unleashed – in almost total darkness – an hour of exhilarating techno that blew the minds of everyone in the club.
