Chloé – Endless Revisions Live

Chloé. Oh, Chloé. We could base an entire novel on those five letters, such has been the impact of her career. But let’s start from the top: a resident at Pulp for ten magical years, recognised at Victoires de la Musique 2010, commissioned by the British Film Institute to compose the soundtrack to a restored version of Hitchcock’s Blackmail… Is that enough for starters?

You might have thought that Chloé would stop there. Call it a day. Or at least take a break, like any normal person with defined physical and creative limits. But not our Chloé. On she marches, signing artists like Il Est Vilaine, appearing on the front cover of Trax Magazine, and releasing her third album Endless Revisions in 2017. Named as one of BBC Radio 6 Music’s ‘Albums of the Year’, the latter – featuring exhilarating collaborations with Alain Chamfort, Rhys Chatham and Ben Shemie of Suuns – is an object lesson in sound design, a masterpiece of throbbing techno and rock fragments.
