Bio

With over ten years of experimentations with South American music behind him, the sound of veteran Argentinean producer Pedro Canale – better known as Chancha Vía Circuito – marries cumbia rhythms and electronic music with unexpected finesse. Drawing on decades’ worth of Brazilian rhythms, Paraguayan sounds and Argentinean melodies, his album Amansara is an eclectic and dancefloor-friendly gem.

Pedro Canale took his pseudonym from the local nickname for the train running from the city centre to the suburbs of Buenos Aires. Now, the artist is on a mission to take the listener on a journey of his own, through exotic lands on the other side of the Atlantic.
