He may still be in his early 30s, but Danilo Plessow is already a European house legend in his own right. A pillar of the disco revival that has been thriving now for well over a decade, co-founder of MCDE Recordings alongside comrade (and Le Sucre resident) Pablo Valentino, and author of timeless classics including the Send A Prayer series on Raw Cuts, Danilo Plessow’s career is one long, stylish procession of breathtaking DJ sets and prestigious collaborations. Internationally renowned for the unique fervour of his DJ sets, his music is about so much more than just disco nuggets and soulful house: with a penchant for noise grooves, acid crescendos and cacophonous drums, his mixes are veritable dancefloor odysseys, energised with pure emotion and insane rhythms.
