Job Jobse’s life has been the envy of many, ever since he first landed a work placement at Dixon and Âme’s Innervisions label. Since then, the Dutchman has been immersed in electronic music, enjoying a career akin to the perfect Olympic dive: starting from a great height, quickly gathering pace, and breaking the surface of the water without so much as a splash. Following his experience in Berlin, he returned to Amsterdam where he was employed as a booker by Trouw until its closure in 2015. It was at that same mythical venue that he completed his first residency, Dupkers. Since then, as well as having hit the scene as Dixon’s protégé and one of the most exciting DJs to have emerged over the last two years, he has also become the manager of the Life and Death label (home to Tale of Us, Recondite and Jennifer Cardini).
